***IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO CATS***
Please note all items are made in a house that is run by a cat. Its not my house, its hers and I only live in it. I cannot guarentee that youre purchase will come free of cat hair as she likes to inspect every order before it goes out and is the Meowster Quality Inspector. Please keep this in mind when purchasing. But please know, by purchasing you are letting her live her best kitty life!
We've also added an additon of a supuuuurvisor!
What is your store's exchange/return policy?
Unfortunately due to the nature and customization of some of my products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless a product is deemed defective or damaged on arrival. Sufficient documentation will need to be provided for this however, such as: photos of the package it arived in and photos of the items as they arrived. This needs to be reported to me immediately. You will need your order number or a way for me to verify your order (such as email address, shipping address, name). If sufficient documentation is not provided, a refund or replacment item can be denied.
Do you ship internationally?
I currently ship to the US, including Military addresses, AK and HI (as well as puerto rico), Canada, Australia and New Zeland. Due to Vat laws in other places I am not yet able to ship outside of those locations but am looking into it further and that may change! That being said, you would need to be willing to pay the internaational shipping fees. I have found the best rates I possibly can for internation shipping! How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most items will ship within the amount business days on either the listing or at the top of my page at the time of order. From there, once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. If you commision me for a custom piece we will speak about how long it will take to create, deadline and shipping times at the consultation.
International orders take about 2-4 weeks to arrive.
Do you take commissions?
Yes absolutely! I take custom plushie commissions. This can be as simple for changing different colors/patterns out on a pre existing design, or creating something truely unique for you! Prices will vary depending on many factors and a commission consultation would be needed! Feel free to message me to ask! :) I can be reached via the contact me tab, or email!
What happens if I put the wrong address in checkout?
Please double check all fields as I am not responsible if something is mistyped on your end.If you can message me before it is sent out, we can fix it. However, if you do not catch it until after the package has left my hands, there is nothing I can do. I am not held responsible for sending it to the address I was provided. If your package is returned to me, I will gladly resend it once new shipping is paid for.
